What delivery costs

Delivery is free anywhere in the EU on orders of €60 or more. Under that, express delivery is a flat €22 however many items you order.

How long it takes

Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery across Europe. That is the courier leg only. We handle and pack orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them, so add that to the front of the estimate when you are working out a date.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number and a direct link as soon as your order is shipped, not when it is placed. Until the parcel is with the courier there is no number to send you.

Orders with several items are sometimes split across more than one package, so a tracking number showing a partial delivery does not mean anything is missing. The remaining parcels follow with their own tracking.

Where we ship

We ship to every address in the European Union with a tracked courier. If your address is outside the EU, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can reach you and what it would cost.

If something goes wrong

Tracking stuck for several days, a parcel marked delivered that never arrived, or damage in transit: email theteam@flairsilk.eu.com with your order number and we will take it up with the courier ourselves.
