Tell us how it went

A review from somebody who has actually slept on the thing is worth more than any description we could write, which is why we ask for them and why we publish the critical ones too.

If your order went well, the quickest way to help someone else decide is a short note about which product you bought and how it compares to what you slept on before. If it did not go well, we would rather hear it directly and fix it than have you find out we do not respond.

Feedback also tells us what to change. Sizing wording, colour photography and closure descriptions on this site have all been rewritten because customers said they were unclear.
