    "content": "Shipping Last updated 2026-08-05. What delivery costs Delivery is free anywhere in the EU on orders of €60 or more. Under that, express delivery is a flat €22 however many items you order. How long it takes Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery across Europe. That is the courier leg only. We handle and pack orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them, so add that to the front of the estimate when you are working out a date. Tracking You get an email with a tracking number and a direct link as soon as your order is shipped, not when it is placed. Until the parcel is with the courier there is no number to send you. Orders with several items are sometimes split across more than one package, so a tracking number showing a partial delivery does not mean anything is missing. The remaining parcels follow with their own tracking. Where we ship We ship to every address in the European Union with a tracked courier. If your address is outside the EU, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can reach you and what it would cost. If something goes wrong Tracking stuck for several days, a parcel marked delivered that never arrived, or damage in transit: email theteam@flairsilk.eu.com with your order number and we will take it up with the courier ourselves. $",

Your 14 day right of withdrawal If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. To use it, tell us in writing at theteam@flairsilk.eu.com before those 14 days are up, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Where you withdraw under this right, we refund the price you paid plus the standard delivery cost, using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of proof that you have sent them. You pay the cost of returning the goods. This right is in addition to the returns policy below, and nothing on this page limits it. Order Cancellation All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours as most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering A 12.5% service and processing fee applies on all cancellations. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled (please refer to the Returns Policy below) Returns Policy Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
